Try introducing more warmth in your daily life
Warm compresses are a great tool for relieving migraine episodes. They help reduce the tension of tightened muscles and are also a great stress-relief tool. Soaking your feet in a basin with hot water and salts can also help or, you can just hop in the shower or get a bath.

Keep in mind that this isn’t guaranteed to work, however – some of us don’t respond too well to heat and might feel even worse after a hot shower. In those cases, it’s best to go in the opposite direction.
