Remake your bedroom into a more suitable sleeping place
When most of us get hit by an insufferable migraine episode, the go-to tends to be the bedroom – the one room in the house where we can just lie down alone and relax. The bedroom must be as suitable for a migraine episode as possible, however. This means that it should have thick curtains to keep it dark during the day, it should be quiet and devoid of all repetitive and annoying noises such as analog clocks, and it should be comfortable to sleep and rest in.
Consider getting a humidifier or an essential oil diffuser to keep the humidity in your bedroom up and also make sure that the bed itself is perfect for your needs – a nice mattress, designer pillows, weighted blankets, and whatever else makes you feel good.
