Try feet massages
Getting a foot massage at the end of the day is a great sensation when we have sore feet but it can also help with migraine problems. If there’s no one around to give you a foot massage you can do that yourself.
Place a tennis ball on the floor and roll it under your foot. You’ll soon notice the effects of the exercise and recognize the more tender areas that result in pain relief.
