Make your daily schedule more consistent
Having a regular daily schedule is one of the best things we can do in case of chronic migraines. Going to bed and getting up at the same time, eating only in certain hours, working and exercising during specific time periods – all this can sound monotonous and boring but it’s a great migraine hack.
Migraines get a lot worse when our sleep schedule is out of whack or our nutrition requirements aren’t met on time, so limiting those situations is key for avoiding migraines.
Do you get nausea from your migraines? You’re not alone.
