16. Fenugreek and Dandelion Tea

Ingredients:
- 6 parts mullein leaf
- 1 part fenugreek seeds
- 1 part dandelion root
Instructions:
- Combine all herbs in a glass jar with a lid and shake to combine.
- Use measure out 1 tbsp of the herbs and add to. a teapot of 2 cups of boiled water.
- Steep 10 – 20 minutes.

- Steep for three to five minutes.
