Chinese researchers found that the equivalent of 5-10g of grape skins, helped to raise testosterone levels and improve epididymal, which is a sperms ability to swim.
The study that was published in the Journal of Medicinal Food used an extract of grape called ‘resveratrol’ and administered participants with 500 mg daily to obtain the beneficial effects on sperm and testosterone.
For a healthy snack option, try chopping up a handful organic red grapes and mixing them with a couple of tablespoons of organic nut butter such as almond butter and top with a little organic raw honey. Delicious!
