#3 Eat More ‘Sun Vitamin’
Graz Medical University in Austria recently conducted a study that found by increasing the participant’s levels of vitamin D, that their testosterone levels increased also.
The researchers found that increasing vitamin D levels helped to reduce levels of the sex hormone binding globulin, which is known to lower sex drive.
Food sources high in vitamin D include, but are not limited to, cod liver oil, salmon, tuna, eggs, and so on. For a healthy snack, rich in vitamin D, try boiling an egg and serving a tin of tuna and a salad with it.
