1. Work Out Every Single Day

If you’re really serious about losing weight, it’s crucial to get off the couch and get yourself moving.

Even if you’re only able to take a walk, do it every day for as long as possible.

Experts recommend at least 20-30 minutes of daily activity for normal good health, so push yourself a little longer than that to make sure that you’re burning fat.

Don’t use the excuse that you don’t have time or can’t afford to go to a gym! Walk to a park, or walk around a mall if you don’t like to be outside!

You can even complete 3 short 10-minutes bodyweight workouts spread throughout the day.

The point is to at least get your heart rate elevated anywhere between 50-60% of your maximum heart rate.

Note: You may or may not experience increased hunger after your walk. The easiest way to suppress this hunger is to chow down on either watery vegetables, such as cucumber or celery, or drink a green smoothie (with all the dietary fiber).
