- 1/2 cup of Epsom salt
- 8 cups of warm water
- A large bowl or bucket to soak your feet in
Instruction
- Dissolve ½ cup of Epsom salt in 8 cups of warm water.
- Soak your feet for 30 minutes 1-2 times daily (twice a day is a good idea if you’re a gym-goer).
- Dry thoroughly.
