7. Antiperspirants
By now, you’ve probably heard that anti-antiperspirants and deodorants often contain aluminum to keep your armpits dry. The use of these products have been linked to the onset of Alzheimer’s disease and breast cancer because aluminum is hard for your body expel and tends to accumulate in the tissues of the brain and breast. Worst of all, they actually make you smell worse in the long run.
Instead, make your own deodorant using coconut oil
