In his Seven Countries study, Ancel Keys, an American scientist concluded that saturated fats, like those found in butter, were responsible for increasing the level of total serum cholesterol.
And because cholesterol levels are highly related to coronary heart disease, many people chose to remove butter from their diets.
Unfortunately, “Ancel Keys got it all wrong – and you’re paying the price.”
