  • Chilli powder, sea salt, garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Rinse chard well and chop with stalk included.
  3. Add chard to the pan and cover it up.

  • 10 cups spinach leaves

  • fresh cilantro and lime wedges to serve

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add the Sriracha and peanut butter.
  3. Turn up the heat to medium low and combine ingredients.
  4. Turn up heat to medium and add spinach.
  5. Add lime juice and peanuts.
  6. Cook until spinach is wilted, stirring often.
  7. Serve with cilantro and lime wedges.
  8. Serve as a side dish or over rice.

5. Chard Fruits And Nut Warm Salad

This salad makes a yummy light meal or a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Hungarian pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tablespoons golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  1. Clean chard and remove stems (keep them aside).
  2. Cut leaves roughly 1-inch wide, 2 inches long.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Once hot, add garlic, pepper, almonds and chard stems.

  6. Add raisins, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and leaves.
