- 1 cup blueberries
- 1½ cups mango
- ½ avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
- 1½ – 2 cups coconut water or nut milk
