Set a good example by bringing in healthy treats to share – some veggies and dip; a plate of fruit, cheese, and crackers; or low-guilt versions of the group’s favorite sweets are all great options that might inspire others to up the health factor on their group treats as well.
6. Eat More Meals
Finally, shift the way you eat. If you typically eat a big lunch in the middle of the day but find yourself craving a snack in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon, try three smaller meals instead.
That way, you don’t wind up getting desperate and chowing down on whatever’s around.
