Not all fats should be avoided. In fact, your body needs healthy fat in order to function properly.
The Paleo Diet encourages people to choose single source fats such as avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, and flaxseed oil.
Hydrogenated vegetable oil should be avoided since it doesn’t provide the healthy fats that your body needs.
