5. Swiss Chard Lasagna with Chia
This lasagna starts with the classic spinach variation and gives it a new, leafy green twist. Instead of spinach, this four-cheese lasagna calls for chard. The magic ingredient – chia seed – is mixed into the sauce for an added omega-3 boost. Beyond that, you can modify ingredients to your liking.
