Count those coffees
A coffee can appear to be a harmless treat when you are dieting. Although you may avoid adding sugar yourself, they can contain a startling amount to begin with.
For example, “Starbucks Grande Latte” contains seventeen grams of sugar, which is the equivalent of 1.7 Krispy Creme doughnuts.
