All you have to start doing is add this new habit to your morning routine and follow it every day before you eat breakfast.
- Simply take a spoonful of coconut oil and put it in your mouth.
- Swish it around for 15-20 minutes. You can do this while you make breakfast or perform any other tasks you may have in the morning.
- Then spit it out and brush your teeth as you’d normally do.
