Arthur Boorman, the main character in this video is a disabled American paratrooper of the Gulf War. His days on active duty, which involved jumping countless times from a plane eventually took its toll on his knees and back making his previously active lifestyle a thing of the past.

For 15 years after his return, Boorman kept on believing that he would never be able to walk unassisted again much less run…

Due to the nature of his injuries Boorman’s weight eventually reached 297 lbs. But all of that changed when the 47-year-old disheartened veteran learned about DDP yoga in a newspaper article.
