The brain is made up primarily of fat and it, the heart, liver and kidneys need a steady supply to keep them in tip-top condition. One of the reasons that kids of today are so easy to &quot;dumb down&quot; is because their brains are unable to process information correctly, so that they cannot think for themselves. Eating ten times more fat than is recommended by the &quot;experts&quot; stopped my angina dead, almost overnight. That was eight years ago. My thinking is clearer, so that I can design and invent in ways that I could not do on low-fat and no-fat regimens. Try it: you may be in for a very pleasant surprise. Oh, and cut down on the carbs!]]></description>
