Yes cigarettes have a lot more toxins in them but smoking anything is bad for you because once any material is lit, it turns into ash. So you are breathing in ash along with some weed particles.

Smoking weed through a vaporizer is not better for you. It's just weed smoke being trapped in water vapor. You are still inhaling the smoke and ash.

Whether you want to take it for health reasons or just because you want to get high, EVERYONE is better off eating weed vs smoking it. That is the healthiest way.

Weed does not have about 300 chemicals and toxins cigarettes have in them. Unfortunately, weed still has tar which clogs your lungs worse than cigarettes if smoking the same amount. Try to find a vaporizer for the weed, thats a happy middle ground many enjoyers of weed choose and its much healthier and you still get a high off of it.

Everyone should know the effects of withdrawal, so they know what to expect. I think it helps to have something to take your mind off the cravings, because they are only temporary. Something healthy to replace the habit with like QuitTea.
