He certainly did, which is why he decided he needed to make some real changes to his lifestyle. He started by lifting weights three times a week and adopted a Paleo diet. Mickelson lost about 20 pounds and has never been in better shape. To this day he doesn’t eat any gluten, sugar, or processed foods.
