As Ray said, it is not the weight which is important.
And why should someone think, that the kilos will go forever when you start again to live the same as before the diet?
You can get your sugar out of fruits and out of candies. You can get your carbs out of heavily processed white bread or whole grain. It is your choice, which one you chose.]]></description>

Weight in the grand scheme of things is irrelevant.

Weight is not the problem. Fat people are the problem. I know that generally if you are fat, you weigh more however, we need to start being more specific about what it is people actually need to lose - which is fat. 

That magic number on a scale kills so many hopes and dreams for so many people. They get this figure in their head that in order to be fit and healthy they must weigh X kg&#039;s. It&#039;s ridiculous, damaging and down right incorrect. 

Start setting an example Daily Health Post. Stop going for the clicks and start referring to this issue for what it is. It&#039;s fat loss we want - not necessarily weight. As above, the two do go hand in hand in a very general sense, but your weight should by no means determine your success or failure.]]></description>
