					<description><![CDATA[Wow interesting ..... its funny when I was in the best shape of my life, physical appearances and cardio output- I never felt great, I never had that wonderful feeling of health and happiness. However after the 3rd child I have less time to devote to a 3-4 hour gym routine and I am finding my 40 mins 4-5 times a week is great and I feel more happy, don&#039;t look the same but I feel better.]]></description>
