					<description><![CDATA[Eating low carb, planning my meals and trips to the grocery store along with cheat days before cardio days has been the &quot;go to&quot; for me. Good carbs for cheat days and protein shakes when I wake up and immediately after working out have saved my body. A typical day starts with a shake, a strength workout at 1pm with a protein shake and salad/leftovers lunch and then a full supper is what works for me! Do whatever works for you and stick with it! Results come with time, willpower and hard work! :)]]></description>

Next month introduce a second solid meal in the morning, Like muesli and yogurt. After month 2 your body will be fat reduced. Then do not stuff your face out of frustration ever again. Remember you have to increase your intake of water to accommodate for the protein intake.

I came down from a 158 kg&#039;s to 102 kg&#039;s and now my life has not been better since my early twenties. To loose weight drastically, you have to act/think drastically. The adjustment takes about a week but its worth it.]]></description>
