					<description><![CDATA[I do not believe that nuts can cause breakouts as they contain essential fats which are actually good for preventing and treating breakouts. I believe that if you eat peanut butter from the supermarket you can experience breakouts as that kind of peanut butter contains sugar and hydrogenated oils. I make my own natural peanut butter and eat it every day and have never broken out once from eating it.

I have never heard of spicy foods causing acne either, but it can cause rosacea which is characterized by flushing of the cheeks and tiny bumps which resemble acne but really are not acne.

I use many of these natural remedies like ACV, tea tree oil, garlic, and coconut oil as spot treatments to help reduce blemishes. They work really well!
